Future Finance App

Welcome to SparkleSolutions OÜ Power BI Future Finance App (“the App”). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the App and constitute a legal agreement between you (“the User”) and SparkleSolutions OÜ (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the App, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the App.

1. License and Use
1.1 The User acknowledges that the App may contain intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and proprietary information owned by SparkleSolutions OÜ or its licensors. The User agrees not to modify, reproduce, distribute, display, or exploit any part of the App, except as expressly permitted by these Terms and Conditions or with our prior written consent.
1.2 The User acknowledges that the use of the App requires a valid software license. By using the App, the User represents and warrants that they have obtained a valid license to use the software required to operate the App and that such license is in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
1.3 The User agrees to provide proof of the software license upon request by SparkleSolutions OÜ to verify compliance with this requirement.

2. Privacy and Data
2.1 The User acknowledges that the App may collect, process, and store certain data as necessary for its functionality. We will handle any personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2.2 The User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the App and acknowledges that we rely on this information for the provision of services.
2.3 The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials associated with the App and agrees to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

3. Limitation of Liability
3.1 The User acknowledges that the App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, and we do not guarantee its accuracy, reliability, or suitability for any purpose.
3.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
3.3 In no event shall SparkleSolutions OÜ be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4. Modifications and Termination
4.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the App, in whole or in part, at any time without notice or liability.
4.2 We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The User is responsible for regularly reviewing the latest version. Continued use of the App after any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
5.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Harju.
