What this website collects
The website has no user accounts, no comments, no contact forms and no newsletter sign-up. It processes personal data only in the ways described below.
Hosting
The website is served by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the pages and protect the site, Cloudflare processes the technical data every browser sends, such as the IP address, the browser type and the address of the page requested. We do not use this data to identify visitors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
Cookies
ff_consent(necessary, set by this website): your cookie choice and when you made it, kept for 12 months._gaand_ga_…(analytics, only with your consent): set by Google Analytics, see below.
This website sets no other cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Google Analytics
The website loads the Google tag of Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) with Google’s consent mode. Before you choose, and if you decline, the tag stores nothing in your browser and sends Google only measurements without cookies or identifiers: that a page or a click happened, when, the page address, the browser type and whether you consented. Google uses them to estimate the number of visits; like every web request they reach Google from your IP address. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how many people use the website.
If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics also sets the cookies _ga and _ga_… for up to 2 years, tells visits apart and measures how the website is used. Legal basis: your consent. In both cases we count clicks on the e-mail and booking links (on which page and where on it), not what you write or book. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off. Data may be transferred to the United States.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal and the tag is not loaded at all. When you withdraw your consent, the tag is stopped, the _ga cookies are deleted and the page reloads without cookies.
Videos
The events page shows recordings from YouTube. Each one appears as a link with the title of the video, and nothing is requested from YouTube until you click it. Then the player loads from youtube-nocookie.com, YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (Google Ireland Limited), and YouTube’s own privacy terms apply to what you watch. Without JavaScript the link opens the video on youtube.com.
Booking a call
The “Broneerige vestlus” and “Book a call” buttons open a Microsoft Bookings page on outlook.office.com, run by Microsoft for SparkleSolutions OÜ. The details you enter there (your name, e-mail address, the time you choose and anything you write) reach us so we can hold the call. Microsoft processes them on our behalf, and Microsoft’s privacy statement applies to that page. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.
If you write to info@futurefinance.ee, we use your address and your message to answer you. The mailbox is hosted at zone.eu in Estonia. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.
Links to other websites
Links to LinkedIn, Facebook, sparklesolutions.ee and other sites open those sites. Nothing from them is loaded on this website, and their own privacy policies apply there.
Fonts and files
Fonts, pictures, videos and PDF documents are served from this website. Apart from Google Analytics (see above) and the YouTube player after you click, no third-party service is loaded.
How long we keep data
ff_consent: 12 months.- Google Analytics cookies: up to 2 years. Google Analytics keeps the event data for 14 months.
- E-mails and booking details: as long as we need them to answer you and to work with you, and longer only where the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect what happened before. Write to info@futurefinance.ee. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, www.aki.ee).
